Positive development and Desmocedici GP12 Valentino Rossi!



After doing some testing at the Valencia test times, Rossi also expressed the opinionconcerning Desmocedici GP12, riding in the 2012 season. Valentino Rossi Ducati judgestill needs to do a lot of things in the process of developing its 1000cc motor. However,Rossi has found at least something positive in Valencia test.

In a two-day test at Valencia, Ducati had tried an improved version of the GP12 which uses aluminum frame chassis. From the tests, Rossi assess this framework still needsquite a lot of polish to really be satisfying.

In addition to the case frame, Rossi is also considered that the performance of the 1000ccDucati motorcycles still have to be boosted again in a number of other aspects.
"Frame is not bad, but still must be addressed. We have to improve braking because I needed the brakes hard and rather late, and we have to improve traction whenaccelerating," said Rossi in Autosport.

"(Head of Ducati Corse) Filippo (Preziosi) has many ideas and now we have little time toimplement it before the test next year," he continued.

However, Rossi is happy with the performance of the engine mount also thinks that theresults of the tests in Valencia will play an important role in the development of Ducati motorcycles.

"Positive of this bike is definitely the engine, which I liked, and the fact that the (motor) iscontrolled a little more comfortable than ever. It's definitely more fun," concluded Rossi.
